MERJE is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager for a leading insurance company in Romford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing telesales team in a fast-paced contact centre environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, coaching, and delivering results against KPIs.

The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Team Manager:

  • Coach and develop staff to meet and exceed key performance indicators
