We are working with the top insurance specialists within their field

This award-winning company now have this great opportunity for a Sales Team Manager

Office based within Cardiff City Centre

Upto £40,000 OTE £50,000 uncapped

You will be working a 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern

Will require one Saturday and one Sunday per month

The role:

You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 10-15 Sales advisors, you will be required to maximise all sales opportunities, productivity, quality, and customer service.

  • To coach and develop team members
  • To ensure you remain up to date with procedures and processes, communicate these effectively to your team.
  • Recruitment
  • Coaching and development needs required to assist agents to meet their KPIs.
  • To effectively communicate technical, client, customer, service and system related issues or staff related issues to your direct line manager providing recommendations for swift resolutions.
  • To handle complaints in line with our complaint handling process.
  • To monitor, record and effectively manage absence and time keeping issues in line with Company procedures.
  • To deliver monthly 1:1’s
  • Understand Health and Safety obligations

Experience:

  • Experience in managing a successful sales team
  • Proven track record
  • Experience of working in an FCA environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and understand data analysing team performance
