Are you a proven Sales Manager or Telesales Team Leader with a passion for motivating teams and delivering outstanding results?

Do you thrive on coaching people to success while juggling KPIs, data, and the occasional awkward Zoom meeting?

If so, this could be your perfect role.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager who knows the ins and outs of contact centre management. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive results, and ensure everyone hits their targets—preferably with a smile (and maybe a motivational coffee or two).

This isn’t just about spreadsheets and stats (though you’ll need to love those too); it’s about inspiring your team to be their best while keeping a firm grip on operations.

Think of yourself as the captain of a ship, steering your crew to success, even through the stormiest Monday mornings. Key Responsibilities Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include:

Coaching your team to exceed KPIs and personal objectives, while keeping morale high (and caffeine levels higher). Spotting the next sales superstar during recruitment and welcoming them into the fold like the team legend you are.

Analysing performance data to unlock hidden potential and delivering insights like a business-savvy Sherlock Holmes. Handling complaints with the grace of a diplomat and the efficiency of a barista during the morning rush.

Running one-to-one meetings, ensuring every team member feels supported, challenged, and ready to conquer their goals. Staying up to date with processes, products, and schemes, and sharing this knowledge with your team like the office oracle.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

Has successfully managed a sales or telesales team and has a proven track record in coaching and performance management. Is a Microsoft Office whiz, especially with Excel (because who doesn’t love a good spreadsheet?).

Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm, cool, and collected—even when the Wi-Fi goes down.

Understands FCA regulations (and if you know a bit about travel insurance, even better).

Has excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to inspire others with your positive attitude.

Working Hours:

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, scheduled within the contact centre’s operating hours:

Monday to Friday: office hours - 8:30 am - 8:00 pm

8.30 - 5pm

10-6pm

Once a month 12-8pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm -once a month

Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm - once a month

Why Join Us?

This role offers you the chance to make a real impact while being part of a supportive and driven team.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales group, drive innovation, and contribute to the company’s success.

And let’s be honest—if you enjoy a good challenge, love working with people, and occasionally laugh at office banter, you’ll fit right in. Ready to take the next step in your career? Apply now, and let’s achieve great things together!
