Description
- Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage costs, contracts, and other project-related financials.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the construction team to execute plans and meet project targets.
- Report project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the department.
Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor' should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
- Excellent numerical and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Clean Driving Licence required
