The succesful Building Surveyor Role

As the Building Surveyor, you will be an integral part of a successful and collaborative team, delivering core professional and project-driven surveying services to a diverse client portfolio.

Projects span multiple sectors, including office spaces, mixed-use developments, hotels, retail, and airports.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional building surveying services across a variety of sectors, managing client expectations and project timelines
  • Take the lead on projects, from initial client contact through to completion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development efforts
  • Work autonomously, ensuring high-quality service delivery and project management


The Ideal Building Surveyor

  • RICS Chartered (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Experience in a consultancy or private practice setting
  • Well-rounded expertise across project and professional services
  • Ability to work independently, confidently managing your own projects
