A leading provider of fire protection and security systems is seeking an experienced Small Works Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in Fire & Security to work with prestigious clients and manage small works projects effectively.

• Oversee installation and service of fire and security systems in line with industry standards.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments in compliance with CDM regulations.
• Ensure projects meet British Standards & BAFE requirements.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support company policies and best practices while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Experience working in an NSI & BAFE-accredited environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
• Competence in Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Door Entry systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and IT-related security products.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass BS7858 vetting and Enhanced DBS checks.

• Qualifications in BS5839, BS5266/FIA Units.
• Strong understanding of PD6662 and NSI standards for security systems.
• ECS or CSCS certification.
• Experience in project management.
• Previous managerial or senior supervisory experience.
