We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Miller for our Engineering client to operate new 5-axis Matsuura machines. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in setting and operating 5-axis Matsuuras, specifically models MAM 72-35v, 42V, and 52v. Day-to-day of the role:- Set up and operate 5-axis Matsuura CNC machines, including models MAM 72-35v, 42V, and 52v.
- Perform precision machining tasks accurately according to specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller, specifically with 5-axis Matsuura machines (MAM 72-35v, 42V, 52v).
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tools, and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
