Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plumbing Supervisor to oversee our water management and remedial projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of plumbing work within our refurbishment and fit-out projects. This role is paying 40,000 - 46,000 dependant on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Oversee water management systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address any plumbing issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of water management systems and remedial plumbing.
- Experience in refurbishment and comprehensive internal fit-out projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
