This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing consultancy where you will be working on a variety of interesting projects within a mixture of sectors, all whilst having continuous training and development with the opportunity to progress through the company to Director.

This well-established multidisciplinary consultancy who operates across the Southeast and London offer a variety of services to multitude of clientele. With services ranging from Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Clerk of Works and of course Building Surveying. The majority of their projects are within the Commercial sector but can also offer their services in the public, Residential and Insurance sectors. Their ability to offer a variety of service to a diverse range of clientele has found the success since establishing. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and long-standing team with this great opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include conducting on site surveys including condition surveys, where you will be looking for dilapidations and defects. As well as that you will also be doing fire risk and remedial works on a variety of sites. You will also be responsible for providing quality contract administration and project management services for your clients. Finally, amongst other responsibilities once you have completed the services needed you will be responsible for writing in-depth and quality reports to ensure effective communication.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Building Surveyor with experience working in the Commercial sector to be able to provide a quality service to the clients, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel the different sites across Essex and London.
