Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer services expectations.
Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself.
Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience.
Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends.

Skills and experience for this Mortgage Advisor role:

Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected.
CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction.
Minimum 24-months experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within Specialist Lending.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
