Recruiting for an EYFS Teaching Assistant with experience and knowledge of supporting a student with Autism and Speech/Language needs in a Romford School.
Ideally somebody that understands the EYFS curriculum and work 1-1 with the student to support them with their learning.
Start as soon as possible - Monday - Friday (Term time only)
EYFS Teaching Assistant Role:
- Experience and knowledge of working with Early Years children that have Learning Difficulties.
- Knowledge and an understanding of the EYFS curriculum and phonics would be essential.
- Supporting the student through learning and play.
- Working alongside the teacher to be a role model and guide for the student, to motivate them to achieve.
- Having high expectations for behavioural and developing the students social skills
- Happy to assist with personal care if needed.
- Relevant EYFS or L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
