EYFS Teaching Assistant Required : Experience and knowledge to work with a child, (afternoons only) in the early years setting that has ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) - Romford based School.

Ideally somebody caring and nurturing that understands the EYFS Curriculum and can work with the child 1-1 to support them with their everyday learning.

To start : 22nd April 2025 - Monday - Friday 15hrs per week 12.30 - 3.30 (Term time only)

EYFS Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Experience and knowledge of working with Early Years children that have ASD.
  • Knowledge and an understanding of the EYFS curriculum and phonics would be essential.
  • Supporting the student through learning and play.
  • Working alongside the teacher to be a role model and guide for the student, to motivate them to achieve.
  • Having high expectations for behavioural and developing the students social skills
  • Happy to assist with personal care if needed.
  • Relevant EYFS or L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
