Day-to-day of the role:- Provide tailored group support and assistance to Year 3 pupils.
- Work closely with class teachers to plan and implement interventions that support both the academic and social development of students.
- Monitor and record student progress, regularly providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Support students in a safe, inclusive environment, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Experience working with primary-aged children.
- Familiarity with using phonics to support children’s learning.
- Willingness to provide personal care as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent travel links, located in Romford.
