Salary: £47,000 + (Depending On Experience)
What Youll Bring As a Children's Home Manager
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Childrens Services (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience managing a childrens residential home, with a track record of securing good or great CQC ratings.
- CQC Registration: You must be a registered CQC manager.
- Knowledge: A strong grasp of child protection legislation, therapeutic approaches, and best practices in childrens care.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
