An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Deputy Home Manager with Level 3 qualification in residential child care to join a reputable residential care provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £32,000 - £36,000.
As the Deputy Home Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of the Ofsted registered 4-bed residential home.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the Registered Manager in delivering the home's Statement of Purpose.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
- Contribute to care planning and development for young people.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Home Manager, Assistant Care Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years’ experience at senior support level within a residential childcare setting.
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care (Children and Young People’s Workforce) or equivalent.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
