- Annual review of H&S manual, policies and documents to reflect changes in legislation and regulation
- Input to Constructionline including annual input to audits
- Maintenance of information, documents and evidence to maintain Constructionline Gold
- Maintenance of information, documents and evidence to maintain RISQS accreditation
- Maintain auditable safety training records and manage new starter courses and existing staff renewals (including 1st aid, asbestos, mental health, CSCS, Sentinel).
- Manage and maintain first aid training
- Input to staff welfare policies and documents, including drugs and alcohol testing
- Induction documents and PPE issue to staff
- Monitor working hours and report on staff exceeding normal agreed hours
- Maintain RAMS templates for non-intrusive and intrusive work
- Assist in work related to the ISO9001 QMS system
- Spearhead the company documentation to obtain ISO14001 Environmental Monitoring Systems
