At Ribbons and Reeves we are searching for an inspiring Behaviour Mentor to work with disillusioned students in a Havering Secondary School!

Behaviour Mentor | Job Summary 

  • £90-£100 per day (inclusive of holiday pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
  • East London-based school looking to offer experience and training
  • Inspiring, confident individual required, with strong resilience and positive attitude
  • Immediate-start on offer for the successful Behaviour Mentor
  • Full time, term-time only
As a confident, motivated Behaviour Mentor you will be expected to work closely with students displaying disruptive behaviour in and around class, and will be looked upon to use your personality, determination, and reason to provide them with a safe space, a mentor, and a firm-but-fair friend for them to utilise to get their education back on track. Get to the root of their behaviour, liaise with and take advice from SLT/SENCo colleagues, and lead 1:1 sessions with the students in question to ensure they are fully supported and their behaviour improves! You will need to have a 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University, and relevant experience.
