Semi Static working on the NHS contract based at Hospital in Good Mayes, Essex, but covering East London and West Essex. Must be able to drive and clean license, excellent can-do attitude.

As a mobile handyman, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance, repair and reactive services to a professional standard. You will work on customer properties across central London, ranging from offices, hotels, retail outlets and more. You will also mentor improvers and apprentices, assist with technical issues, produce quality reports and quotations, and contribute to the productivity and profit of your team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a time served handyman apprenticeship and a minimum of five years' experience in the field. You will also need to have a proactive and innovative approach to service delivery, a good working knowledge of M&E assets, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be comfortable with our company culture, which is based on trust, integrity, collaboration and excellence.
