We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Rail Assessor to join our team in East London. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and support learners working towards rail qualifications.
- Conduct workplace assessments to ensure competency standards are met.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners progress.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and learner achievements.
- Work collaboratively with employers and training providers to enhance learner success.Requirements:
- Proven experience in rail industry assessments, ideally within an educational or training setting.
- A relevant assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33).
- Strong knowledge of rail industry standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
