We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Rail Assessor to join our team in East London. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and support learners working towards rail qualifications.
  • Conduct workplace assessments to ensure competency standards are met.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and learner achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with employers and training providers to enhance learner success.Requirements:
  • Proven experience in rail industry assessments, ideally within an educational or training setting.
  • A relevant assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33).
  • Strong knowledge of rail industry standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
