Are you a dedicated and reliable individual looking for a rewarding role in a school environment? We are seeking a hardworking and proactive School Caretaker to join our team in Havering!
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Carry out minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and general DIY duties.

Manage site security, including opening and closing the school and overseeing alarm systems.

Support with setting up for school events and activities.

Monitor stock levels and order cleaning and maintenance supplies as required.

Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the site.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a caretaking, facilities, or maintenance role (school experience desirable but not essential).

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

An understanding of health and safety regulations.

Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
