Day-to-day of the role:- Handle inbound calls to assist customers in finding the right medical travel insurance solutions.
- Provide comprehensive cover options to travellers, including those with complex medical conditions.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in extensive training on products, sales techniques, and specific needs related to pre-existing medical conditions.
- Work includes some weekend shifts to meet business needs.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, particularly in sensitive situations.
- Resilient and empathetic, with the ability to handle delicate conversations professionally.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets.
- Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, preferably in a service-driven environment.
- Adaptable, with the ability to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
- Base salary of £22,500, plus a guaranteed £250 monthly training bonus for the first 6 months.
- Uncapped commission with average additional earnings between £6,000 and £15,000 annually.
- Quarterly bonus opportunities to earn up to an additional £5,000 per year.
