Role:

  • Supporting a small group of SEN students in core subjects within a secondary school setting

  • Collaborating with teachers to monitor student progress and provide tailored support
 
Requirements:

  • 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK University
  • Previous experience working with SEN students is essential
  • Strong communication skills, along with patience and resilience
  • Good behaviour management skills and a solid work ethic
