Role:
- Supporting a small group of SEN students in core subjects within a secondary school setting
- Ensuring students continue to progress and understand the curriculum
- Practice effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapting teaching methods to cater to the individual needs of students
- Collaborating with teachers to monitor student progress and provide tailored support
Requirements:
- 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK University
- Previous experience working with SEN students is essential
- Strong communication skills, along with patience and resilience
- Good behaviour management skills and a solid work ethic
