Day-to-day of the role of a English Lecturer:

Prepare and deliver high-quality GCSE English lessons that engage and challenge students.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
Provide feedback to students to aid in their learning and development.
Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.
If teaching Maths as well, prepare and deliver Maths lessons in line with the curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications for English Role:

A recognised teaching qualification in the relevant subject(s).
Experience teaching in a further education setting
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
Must possess a current DBS on the Update Service.
