Responsibilities
- Tailor and develop learning resources to meet the unique needs of specific pupils
- Provide personalized 1:1 and small group support to SEN students, fostering engagement with the curriculum
- Cultivate an encouraging and productive classroom atmosphere
- Support students' in and out the classroom
- Oversee classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning atmosphere
Qualifications
- A First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline from a Top UK university
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is highly valued
- The ability to convey ideas and mitigate disruptive behaviour
- An eagerness to guarantee inclusive student learning
