The head is extremely supportive and shows great leadership skills. The senior leadership team is extremely helpful and supportive. They truly know how important it is to take care of their staff and help them grow.
This role offers teacher training meaning this role could be perfect for a graduate Teaching Assistant looking to train to become a Primary School Teacher in the future or an experienced TA with previous experience supporting children in early years and KS1.
You have the opportunity to choose which year group you would like to support.
Within this role you will get to hone your skills and knowledge within a supportive environment.
It's a long term role for the whole academic year.
