Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in language classes to help students improve their speaking, listening, and writing skills
  • Encourage student engagement through interactive activities and practice
  • Support the senior teacher with behaviour management and maintaining class control
  • Work alongside the language department to improve teaching methods and educational techniques
  • Monitor, mark, and check the progress of students’ work, providing constructive feedback
 
Essential Requirements:

  • 2:1 degree or higher in a language-related subject from a Russell Group University
  • Strong A-Levels and academic background
  • Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
  • A passion for languages, along with enthusiasm, patience, and resilience
  • A proactive and committed approach with a good work ethic
