Production and Performing Arts Lecturer

Location: East London/Essex

Salary: £30-£40 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary

Start Date: January 2025

End Date: 14th February 2025 (possible extension due to long-term staff sickness)

Hours: 18 hours per week (11.5 hours teaching)

Teaching Schedule:

Wednesday: 9-10am, 10.15am-12.15pm, 1-2pm
Thursday: 10.45am-12.15pm, 1.15-2.45pm
Friday: 10.45am-12.45pm, 1.15-2.45pm

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Production Arts in Further Education (FE) (not Performing Arts).
Teaching qualification (PGCE, Certificate of Education, or equivalent).
2-5 years of industry experience in Production Arts.
Familiarity with BTEC and Quality Assurance processes.
