Service Desk Analyst

Full-time, permanent

Location: Romford, Havering (hybrid but full-time presence in the office is required for the training period)

The role in a nutshell:

We are seeking a talented Service Desk Analyst who thrives on resolving complex support requests. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will collaborate closely with internal users, customers, suppliers, business analysts, and developers to ensure the stability of their global application portfolio. You will be part of an energetic, collaborative team located at the Romford office with colleagues around the world.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in a STEM subject preferred but not essential.
  • Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical competencies in SQL Server Manager, XML or JSON, and the Microsoft suite.
  • Preferred technical skills include Azure Active Directory, Azure Logic Apps, Middleware/Integrations, API knowledge, VBA/Python automation, Power BI reporting, and Remote Desktop/Citrix experience.
