- Achieve budgeted sales, profit targets, and stock turnover rates.
- Manage used car stock, ensuring optimal model mix and pricing.
- Maximise accessory and add-on sales.
- Monitor advertising spend and conversion rates.
- Set and review sales targets, coaching the team for success.
- Improve enquiry conversion rates across all channels.
- Ensure efficient complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales process to create a seamless buying experience.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to after-sales services.
- Approve internal and external orders within budget.
- Review financial performance and ensure cost control.
- Maintain stock flow and avoid conflicts in stock allocation.
- Manage outstanding debtors within agreed limits.
- Recruit, train, and support staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Communicate dealership and group objectives to the team.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, record-keeping, and reporting are up to date.
- Oversee health and safety compliance and inspections.
- Maintain showroom and forecourt presentation standards.
- Ensure FCA compliance, overseeing training and assessments.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for new and used car sales.
