Family Solicitor

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an NQ Family Solicitor with a strong background in managing their own caseload. This is an ideal role for a Legal Professional who is passionate about Family Law and eager to further develop their knowledge in this field.

Role Overview:

As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload in various areas of Family Law. This full-time role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, has strong analytical skills, and is ready to make a significant impact in their career.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload from start to finish across a wide range of Family Law matters.
  • Utilise strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Case Management Systems.
  • Draft client care letters, forms, witness statements, and prepare Court bundles.
  • Work under pressure with a high volume of cases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when needed.
  • Provide excellent communication and drafting skills in all client and legal correspondence.
  • Carry out advocacy where required (advocacy experience is a plus).
  • Experience in legal aid is preferred but not essential.
  • Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
