Our client is looking for an outstanding Family Solicitor to join their team in Romford.

The firms aim is to recruit dynamic, forward thinking individuals who wish to be part of our growth and who share the firm's core values.

Ideally they are looking for someone who wishes to be Head of Department with a clear progression path to Director within the next two years. They require someone with a minimum of 4 years PQE in Family Law with some experience in Civil Litigation preferably, to join their Family and Litigation teams at their Romford office. You will handle a medium caseload (20 - 25 cases) of family matters for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals whilst moving towards a supervisory role in family.

The Candidate

• Someone who wishes to be Head of Department with a clear progression path to Director within the next two years• A minimum of 4 years PQE in Family Law with some experience in Civil Litigation preferable, experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of private Family Law with some general litigation experience which include, divorce, separation, children, cohabitation agreements, finances, TOLATA, Domestic Violence Injunctions, Pre/Post Nuptial agreements, General Civil Litigation ( if possible)• Excellent communication skills• Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals;• Track record of training paralegals, trainee and junior solicitors• Track record of assistance with management of a practice is preferred• Experience with LEAP case management preferred but not essential• Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters• Strong leadership qualities• Ambition to progress• Self-motivated team player• A clear decision maker• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities;
