- Managing a diverse range of family law cases, including but not limited to:
- Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
- Private Children Act proceedings
- Complex financial remedy cases
- Injunctions
- Providing advocacy in court when required
- Supporting the department's growth through active involvement in business development and marketing initiatives
- Confidence and experience in handling a complex caseload independently
- Experience with court advocacy and complex family law cases
- Proven ability to meet financial targets
- Strong background in family law
- A proactive approach to business development and marketing
- Excellent IT skills
