An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a Family Department in Romford. The successful candidate will manage and grow a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse range of family law cases, including but not limited to:
    • Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
    • Private Children Act proceedings
    • Complex financial remedy cases
    • Injunctions
  • Providing advocacy in court when required
  • Supporting the department's growth through active involvement in business development and marketing initiatives
Key Requirements:
  • Confidence and experience in handling a complex caseload independently
  • Experience with court advocacy and complex family law cases
  • Proven ability to meet financial targets
  • Strong background in family law
  • A proactive approach to business development and marketing
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
