Our client is seeking either a NQ Litigation Solicitor or a Paralegal with 2+ years Litigation experience to join their team inRomford, East London.

This role is to assist the senior Solicitor with his caseload which is varied. Training will be provided but you would be expected to have a basic knowledge of civil litigation and to meet deadlines set within your daily tasks and research.

The firm have a great reputation and an impressive existing caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who maybe feels stuck where they are, pigeonholed into one area of civil litigation and has the desire to expand on their experience or someone who needs to have the support to qualify as a solicitor.

The Candidate

• 2+ years experience in General Litigation and Dispute Resolution• Experience in assisting with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters to include, contested probate, landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, property disputes, and commercial litigation• Experience in LEAP case management system preferred• Able to work autonomously on tasks set • Track of record of achieving career goals • Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development;• Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships;• Self-motivated team player• Ambition to progress• Excellent administration and organisational skills;• Professional but friendly and approachable• Fairly local and able to commute to Romford daily (please do not apply if outside of 30-mile radius)
