Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Leading Firm in EssexSalary: Up to £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working | Career ProgressionI’m working closely with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Essex that’s looking to expand its Residential Property team with an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm recognised for both its technical excellence and client-first approach, offering high-quality work, a supportive environment, and excellent career development.About the Role:You'll be joining a busy and well-established Conveyancing team that acts for a diverse range of clients – both locally and nationally, including UK-based and international buyers. The team holds Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation, reflecting its consistent delivery of high standards and robust processes.The caseload includes:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • High-value property work
  • Remortgages, auctions, shared ownership, and transfers of equity
  • Personal guarantees and complex title matters
You’ll have autonomy in running your own files (with appropriate support), and will be encouraged to actively contribute to the department’s continued success through client care, networking, and business development.What We’re Looking For:
  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (although strong candidates with less experience will be considered)
  • Strong technical knowledge and confidence in managing a varied caseload independently
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in supporting the growth of the team
  • Willingness to engage in networking and BD activities
