- Provide legal advice, manage cases, update clients, and oversee fee-earning work
- Engage with clients, estimate costs, and follow up on leads
- Network and support the firm’s strategic goals
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial property transactions, leasehold matters, and specialised areas (e.g., shared ownership, commercial leases, development work)
- Familiarity with stamp duty, VAT, wills, probate, and unregistered land
- Qualified solicitor with a practicing certificate
- Ability to manage caseloads independently, provide sound judgment, and build strong client relationships
