- Handle a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases.
- Advise clients on all aspects of family law, offering tailored legal solutions.
- Manage complex and high-net-worth cases, particularly in financial disputes and children matters.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively in family law proceedings.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 4 years PQE
- Proven track record in managing a varied caseload of complex family law matters.
- Experience in handling financial disputes, including high-net-worth cases, is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
