Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity! Eclectic Recruitment is working with a reputable law firm in Essex, looking for a conveyancing paralegal to join the Conveyancing team due to expansion. You will be working with residential property team undertaking start to finish conveyancing responsibilities.Job title: Conveyancing Paralegal Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (Negotiable, DOE) Location: Essex, Office based Job type: Full-time, permanent The successful candidate will have previous experience in handling conveyancing cases and ability to work under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge in conveyancing procedure and transactional duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage conveyancing processes from start to finish, including title searches, document preparation, and property registrations.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and others to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to conveyancing.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.

Personal Specification:

  • Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.
  • Understanding of Conveyancing procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Knowledge of case management systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
