Hours: 9am-5pm

A local practice in Romford is seeking a diligent Conveyancing Paralegal to join their friendly team and assist the Solicitor with their busy caseload.

Duties

  • Managing a caseload of files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis.
  • Reviewing title documentation and source of funds.
  • Taking instructions from clients.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Experience

  • Absolute minimum of 1 years+ experience of conveyancing
  • Ability to manage own caseload
  • Law Degree desirable
  • Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Time management skills
