Duties

Managing a caseload of files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
Conducting legal research and analysis.
Reviewing title documentation and source of funds.
Taking instructions from clients.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Experience

Absolute minimum of 1 years+ experience of conveyancing
Ability to manage own caseload
Law Degree desirable
Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Time management skills
