Day to day role

Preparing bundles
Liaising with clients over telephone and emails
Drafting letters
Amending documents
Attending hearings
Potentially going to court with Solicitor
Conducting legal research

Preferred requirements

At least 1 years experience working within family law
Law Degree
Undertaking Masters / completed – ideal but not essential
Have worked within a law firm
