- Performing conflict checks, money laundering, and ID verifications.
- Managing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, diary management, expense processing, and meeting preparation.
- Audio and copy typing, including the use of BigHand.
- Liaising with internal teams, such as accounts and marketing, as well as clients and third parties.
- Handling new business enquiries and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Providing reception cover when required and attending to client needs promptly.
- Have prior experience in Residential Property/Conveyancing work.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with third-party applications like Land Registry and BigHand.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
