Conveyancing/Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE/LICENSED CONVEYANCER

Romford - Office-Based - 3 Days per Week
40,000 - 45,000 Per Annum (Pro Rata)

Bridge Recruitment are currently working with a well-established legal practice located in Romford who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

This role has potential to be extended to full-time if you also have Probate and Wills experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy legal environment.
