Our client, a well-established Letting & Management organization founded in 1989, is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Administrator to join their administrative department. Renowned for providing traditional rental services and as one of London's leading Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists, our client plays a pivotal role in procuring properties for Local and Central Government to address emergency housing needs. The Role

The Business Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and lettings process, ensuring operational efficiency and high client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Communication: Engaging with clients via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activities through thorough research.
  • Administration: Managing administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Social Media & Reviews: Supporting social media campaigns and company reviews to enhance the organization's public image and awareness.

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm to the role. Key qualities and skills include:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A full UK Driving License is preferable but not essential.

The Package
