- Established regional Main Contractor who have a long term work stream in the London region
- They work on Property Services residential refurbishment projects.
- They have a long term contractand need an experienced Site Manager to help them deliver the project
Role
- Managing a new project starting which is a residential repair and maintenance scheme
- Externalrefurbishment and decarbonisation of residential properties
- New project starting, long termduration
- Directing the Site team and subcontractors.
- Report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
- Person specification
- You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.
- Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.
- Knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance works
- Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.
- Worked on residential refurbishment projects
- Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
- You must have current CSCS, First aid, SMSTS certificates
This role is offered on a Permanent basis due to the long term nature of the work
