Salary: £100 - £120 Depending on experience

Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and inspire students to achieve their best?  TeacherActive work with a dynamic and inclusive secondary school and is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the school by:

• Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students stay engaged in their learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Supporting the school’s ethos of excellence and inclusivity.

This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in teaching, offering valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

• Minimum 6+ months experience

• Is confident, adaptable, and resilient.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Has a strong commitment to the wellbeing and development of young people.
• 6months+ Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people. How to Apply
