We are seeking a motivated and confident Drama Cover Supervisor to join our secondary schools in Romford, starting immediately. As a Drama Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular Drama Teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task during their lessons. This full-time position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the performing arts and are looking to gain valuable experience in an educational setting.

The ideal Drama Cover Supervisor will have a strong interest in drama and be able to maintain a positive and controlled classroom environment. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, support students in their learning, and manage behavior in accordance with school policies. As a Drama Cover Supervisor, you will also encourage student participation and enthusiasm for drama, helping to create an inspiring and creative learning environment.
