Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman/Handyman for repair and void projects in the Romford area.
The position requires candidates to have their own tools and transport, along with a valid and clean driving license.
Candidates should be proficient in basic plastering, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and painting, with previous experience in social homes repair being highly desirable.
The hourly salary ranges from £17 to £18, depending on experience, with the opportunity for overtime and a permanent position after 12 weeks.
Responsibilities include conducting repairs, undertaking refurbishments, and providing exceptional customer service while meeting project deadlines.

Multi Skilled Tradesman - Romford Area

Our client is currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman/ Handyman to join their team, specialising in repair and void projects for social homes. Must have your own tools and Transport - CIS

Salary hourly rate - £17ph - £18ph DOE

Requirements

Must have tools including power and hand tools for various tasks.
A valid and clean driving licence to go to various sites.
Proficiency in basic plastering boarding, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and painting.
Previous experience in social homes repair and void projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in social homes, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Undertaking void projects, including refurbishments and improvements.
Demonstrating your skills in plastering, Basic plumbing and Electrics, carpentry and painting as required.
Working efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and manage workload priorities.
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional conduct when interacting with tenants and colleagues.
