We are seeking a qualified Plastering PMO Trainer-Coach to join our clients team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in teaching and assessing in a college environment, particularly with apprentices. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in plastering and property maintenance.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in plastering and property maintenance to apprentices.
- Assess studentsā progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Prepare educational materials and lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Maintain accurate records of studentsā attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methods and expand the curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and industry standards in all teaching activities.
- Essential:
- Qualified teacher status (PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training).
- Level 2 qualifications in Plastering and Property Maintenance/Multi Skills, or separate qualifications in Painting & Decorating, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing.
- Assessors Qualification.
- Experience teaching and assessing in a college with apprentices.
- Desirable:
- Experience working in a Further Education (FE) College setting.
- Experience working in an educational establishment.
