In this full-time, hybrid role, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders from quotation to invoicing. This temp-to-perm position offers a unique opportunity to secure a permanent role after just two weeks of tempingDay-to-day of the role:

  • Efficiently process customer orders received via email and telephone.
  • Prepare and provide accurate quotes to customers.
  • Handle sales order processing from start to finish.
  • Allocate and dispatch orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Generate and manage delivery notes and other related documentation.
  • Create and send invoices to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all sales transactions.
  • Assist in resolving any order or invoice discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Knowledge of a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly personality and a strong team player.
  • Good attention to detail.
