Position: Locum Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
Location: East London - On Site
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-time) MON-FRI.
Contract: Until end of March 2025
Salary: £29 - £31 per hour dependant on experience
Overview: Hunter AHP are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Independent Prescribing (IP) Pharmacist to join our GP surgery client, on site in East London. This role is essential for supporting the GP Surgery's patients' long-term conditions management and prescribing needs on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient consultations and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Manage medicine requests and triage patients as required.
- Collaborate with available doctors for guidance and support.
- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.
Requirements:
- Must be an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist.
- Previous experience in a GP surgery setting is essential.
- Ability to work on-site (remote work not permitted).
- Flexibility in working hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm).
Details:
- Position available until March next year!
- Ideally seeking full-time commitment (5 days a week), but 3-4 days may be considered.
