Compliance Manager

We are seeking a diligent Compliance Manager with a deep understanding of framework compliance, particularly within the healthcare and NHS recruitment sectors. This role is based in Romford, Essex, conveniently located near the tube station with parking available. • Oversee and ensure the compliance of 5 officers within your team, adhering to CSS/WFA and HTE frameworks and the Gold Standards set by the REC.
• Focus primarily on medical compliance, although the role includes oversight of both medical and education sectors.
• Ensure the team passes compliance audits with exceptional results.
• Full-time, on-site position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Proven experience as a Compliance Manager within the healthcare or NHS recruitment sectors.
• Strong understanding and experience with medical framework audits.
• Ability to manage and direct a team of compliance officers effectively.
